Hepatitis patients suffer from an overheat in Dsc00142the heart, liver and large intestine which cause the loss of water in the kidney. That is what the traditional Chinese medicine terms as the "dysfunction of the kidneys."

By kidney dysfunction, it refers to a series of signs of the weakness of the kidneys. The patient may suffer from backache, weakness in the legs, tinnitus, giddiness, loss of hair gloss, the loosening of teeth, dribbling urination, dysfunction (failure of erection, spermatorrhea, etc.). Patients of this category often also suffer from secondary obesity (that is hepatic dropsy) and among youth and middle-aged men, boldness and immature white hair. All are indications of the disorder of the sexual functions.
